Project Brief

European Family Trust seeking NNN leased trophy properties to acquire in New York.

Challenge

First transaction in New York with very limited experience and knowledge of the market, together with rarely found available properties as to what they were seeking.

Approach

Introduction of market to acquisition team, identified off-market opportunities, structured proposals to property owners, and made introductions to key Broker firms in City to establish Buyer qualifications and desires on acquisitions.

Outcome

Competitive marketing of Property by NY Brokerage. Proactive introduction of Family Fund to Brokerage paved the way for Buyer creditability. Structured LOI and terms of sale for Fund ultimately winning deal in a very competitive bid environment.*
