From holding senior leadership positions at JLL Capital Markets Group and Staubach Retail to opening his own firm in 2016, David has represented institutions, Funds, high-net-worth families, individuals, and organizations for nearly thirty years, encompassing more than $8 billion in real estate transactions. David is renowned for his national retail knowledge, consultative workout negotiations, and advisory services that extend to all types of commercial real estate. David has significant hands-on experience with how finance affects the real estate industry, to the point where financial engineering as it relates to investment strategy has become his sixth sense.
He has represented notable clients that include ExxonMobil, Federal Realty Investment Trust, Simon Property Group, Sloane Capital, CIII, LNR, Torchlight, CW Capital, TIAA-CREF, O’Neill Properties Group, Invesco, Prudential, Penn Mutual Life, NY Life, Wellsford Real Properties, Shorenstein, ECM, Duke Realty Investment Trust, and W&M Properties. David’s international experience includes representation of Japan Leasing, Mitsui Fudosan, and Zhonghong plus multiple international companies based in the Pacific Rim.

H. Dennis Boyle
PRINCIPAL
Denny began his career at Strouse Greenberg & Co in Philadelphia before co-founding Boyle/Helbig Realty, Inc. Within three years his firm was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield to establish a national appraisal/consulting service line to be headquartered in New York City. In 1985, Denny joined the firm’s recently created Capital Markets Group as Director of Financial Services and Investment Sales. Several decades, and over $2 Billion in closed transactions later, Denny joined OPAS to more closely represent institutional clients, developers, owners, corporations, and private investors.
Denny specializes on a nationwide basis in sales, financing, securing of Joint Venture Equity, and the provision of Advisory Services for investment grade, Value Add, opportunistic real estate transactions, across a broad spectrum of property types and locations. Clients include DRA Advisors, Walton Street Capital, Alex Brown Realty, Lubert – Adler, Berkshire, LMF Commercial, Sentinel Real Estate, Stag Industrial, AEW Capital Solutions, Madison Apartment Group, High Real Estate Group, INVESCO Realty Advisors, Fidelity, Pizzagalli Properties, American Asset Corporation, Keebler, and Limekiln Real Estate.
In his leisure time, Denny is an avid skier, enjoys mountain biking and paddleboarding.
