In many cases, Capital Advisory starts with the building blocks of Value Creation. This requires the understanding of what has value to others. In a sale, it is the Buyer's view. By knowing what a Buyer will pay for a certain structure, we identify and position the property to maximize value. For institutional holdings, we look at the entire utilization of critical paths and run rate reduction. This can entail new leverage and/or the sale of underutilized property holdings. Of course, each situation is unique and by applying our vast experience, we build upon the successful solutions and implement them to achieve the right outcome for each client.
