From holding senior leadership positions at JLL Capital Markets Group and Staubach Retail to opening his own firm in 2016, David has represented institutions, Funds, high-net-worth families, individuals, and organizations for nearly thirty years, encompassing more than $8 billion in real estate transactions. David is renowned for his national retail knowledge, consultative workout negotiations, and advisory services that extend to all types of commercial real estate. David has significant hands-on experience with how finance affects the real estate industry, to the point where financial engineering as it relates to investment strategy has become his sixth sense.

He has represented notable clients that include ExxonMobil, Federal Realty Investment Trust, Simon Property Group, Sloane Capital, CIII, LNR, Torchlight, CW Capital, TIAA-CREF, O’Neill Properties Group, Invesco, Prudential, Penn Mutual Life, NY Life, Wellsford Real Properties, Shorenstein, ECM, Duke Realty Investment Trust, and W&M Properties. David’s international experience includes representation of Japan Leasing, Mitsui Fudosan, and Zhonghong plus multiple international companies based in the Pacific Rim.
